Our Return Policy in detail:
You have 15 Days to contact us from time of order delivery. See product exceptions to find out if your product qualifies for a return.
Exchanges: When exchanging brand new sealed items for another product, we follow the same policies outlined here but NO restocking fees!
All merchandise must be returned in the original brand new sealed condition as delivered to you.
* ALL Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RGA) Clearly noted on the top of the box. Items that do not have this number will be refused at the senders' expense.

Customers wishing to return an item should email to support@ponds1.com and please provide your complete name as ordered under and the invoice number along with full details of the return.
Can I cancel an order?
You cannot cancel an order once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. Cancellation requests need to be submitted by e-mail. If there is time to cancel the order there will be a 10% surcharge for doing this as noted in the shopping cart at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Ponds1 is not responsible for items damaged by the carrier. Your items are insured by the carrier, so inspect your order when it arrives. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, send an email to support@ponds1.com and please provide your complete name as ordered under and the invoice number along with full details of the damage. Be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box until the carrier inspects.
